BXE Events Terms & Conditions
1. BXE Events provides event rental equipment, DJ entertainment, and event-related services.
Twinkle Pro Knox provides commercial and residential Christmas light installation services.
Additional services include professional videography, lawn mowing, and landscaping services.
Services may include, but are not limited to, sound systems, lighting, MC services, event coordination, video recording and editing, holiday lighting design and installation, lawn maintenance, and landscaping work, as agreed upon in the service contract.
2. Booking and Payment
A signed agreement is required to secure your event or service date.
Full payment is required in person before the start of the event or service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Depending on the scope and nature of the services requested, a small deposit or partial payment may be required in advance to secure equipment, materials, scheduling, or labor.
Failure to complete required payments may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Client cancellations must be made in writing. Any deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Cancellations made close to the scheduled date may result in additional charges up to the full balance.
BXE Events and associated service divisions reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case payments made will be refunded.
4. Event, Property, and Service Requirements
The client is responsible for providing safe and adequate space, access, and necessary utilities (including power and water where applicable).
For events, proper space and safe electrical access must be provided.
For lighting installations and landscaping services, clients must ensure clear access to work areas and disclose any hazards.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather, unsafe conditions, or venue/property limitations.
5. Equipment and Property Responsibility
All rental equipment remains the property of BXE Events. Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
For lighting installations, materials remain the property of Twinkle Pro Knox unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, pets, or third parties during the service period.
6. Setup, Installation, and Service Scheduling
Access must be provided at agreed-upon times. Delays caused by the client, venue, or property conditions may result in reduced service time or additional fees.
Outdoor services such as lighting, lawn care, and landscaping may be rescheduled due to weather conditions.
7. Performance and Work Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate, including hazardous environments or threatening behavior.
8. Music and Event Preferences (DJ Services)
Clients are encouraged to provide music preferences in advance. While requests are welcomed, we reserve the right to use professional judgment to maintain the event atmosphere.
9. Videography Services
Videography services include recording and editing as agreed upon prior to the event.
Final video delivery timelines will be communicated in advance and may vary depending on project scope.
BXE Events is not responsible for missed footage due to restrictions, interference, lighting conditions, or unforeseen technical issues beyond reasonable control.
10. Lawn and Landscaping Services
Lawn mowing and landscaping services will be performed as agreed upon. Clients are responsible for removing obstacles such as debris, toys, or equipment prior to service.
We are not responsible for damage to hidden objects, underground utilities, or items not properly disclosed before service.
11. Liability
BXE Events and all associated services are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from services provided, except in cases of proven negligence.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold all business entities harmless from claims related to the event or service.
12. Weather and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.
13. Media Release
We may capture photos or videos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the service.
14. Agreement
By booking services, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated at any time and will be provided in their most current form prior to booking.
